Affiliate Network OfferForge launched second tier program

Just received an email from OfferForge informing me that the
Second Tier Referral Program has been launched.

Here's how it works:

You refer a new affiliate to OfferForge, that affiliate earns
commission; you receive 5% on the total of commission
that was earned. The 5% commission will then be included
to your affiliate account.

OfferForge was formerly "Blogkits",
an affiliate marketing network for bloggers, founded by
Jim Kukral.
